Leads and manages an assigned department to achieve operational objectives in areas such as safety, product quality, reliability, cost, continuous improvement, and employee morale.
Responsible for continuously improving operations by eliminating waste and creating processes that add 100% value to the customer, utilizing kaizen as a tool.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of supervisory experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering discipline is an asset
