Job Summary

  • This role supports the Business Development and Sales team throughout the full commercial cycle from initial concept to contract handover.
  • The position offers a competitive salary ranging from €4,300 to €5,500 gross per month along with profit-sharing and 8% holiday pay.
  • Candidates will work within a fast-growing Sustainable Power business unit backed by Rolls-Royce to deploy cutting-edge BESS technology.

Base: €4,300 – €5,500 gross/month; Bonus/Equity: Profit-sharing scheme included; Benefits: 27 vacation days + 13 ATV, 8% holiday pay, PME pension plan

  • 3+ years project or engineering experience
  • Experience with renewable energy systems
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
