Job Summary

• Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities to help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment.
• Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers, and works to de-escalate customer situations while finding an appropriate solution.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• One-year Retail Management experience
• One-year customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
