Job Summary
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising a maintenance shop and a technician team responsible for preventive maintenance/repair of a fleet, machinery, and equipment.
Responsibilities include planning and scheduling repair work, monitoring operational performance, reporting to management, and supervising technicians through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
