Job Summary
The Settlements and Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for reviewing, reconciling, and investigating balances across Ticketmaster platforms and systems, providing client settlements in line with contracted terms.
This role will liaise with clients, finance colleagues, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely settlements, reconcile debtors, and investigate sales versus income differences.
The position also involves administrative tasks across various ticketing systems, including inputting session details, building seating plans, managing account information, and processing ticket requests.
