Job Summary

  • The Lead Specialist is responsible for transforming our digital banks into the primary financial hub for customers across Singapore and Malaysia.
  • You will lead the strategy to drive daily active usage, deepen product penetration through cross-selling, and build a defensible "ecosystem moat" by leveraging our unique partnerships and our proprietary engagement platform.
  • Hold end-to-end accountability for Monthly Engaged Users (MEU) and Monthly Transacting Users (MTU) across both markets.
