Job Summary
The Lead Specialist is responsible for transforming our digital banks into the primary financial hub for customers across Singapore and Malaysia.
You will lead the strategy to drive daily active usage, deepen product penetration through cross-selling, and build a defensible "ecosystem moat" by leveraging our unique partnerships and our proprietary engagement platform.
Hold end-to-end accountability for Monthly Engaged Users (MEU) and Monthly Transacting Users (MTU) across both markets.
