Assess and validate FSEU to ensure safety, reliability, including meeting performance specifications, operational constraints, launch induced environments, site conditions, and energy/environmental regulations.
Ensures engineering team assesses conditions, identifying potential failures, determining cause, and issuing corrective actions.
