The District Loss Prevention Manager partners with store and senior regional leadership and law enforcement agencies to establish loss prevention policies and ensure profitability with customer experience in mind.
This role leads a team of 7-12 Loss Prevention Associates, conducts theft investigations, develops shrinkage reduction strategies, and manages staffing plans including recruitment and training.
