Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required
  • Current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP)
  • Onsite AV system troubleshooting and repair
  • Meeting and event setup and breakdown support
  • Preventative maintenance and daily system checks
  • Experience with Biamp, QSC, Cisco, Crestron, Extron

Nice-to-have

  • AVIXA CTS certification preferred
  • Manufacturer certifications in AV products
  • Formal education in Electronics or related field
  • Ability to work under high pressure with senior officials
  • Strong documentation skills using Confluence and Jira
