Job Summary

  • Receive complaint, emergency, service and information calls and initiate Offense/Complaint/Incident Reports, dispatching necessary manpower.
  • Maintain, update, and post various logs as required on each shift and issue visitor and overnight temporary parking permits.
  • Operate various pieces of office equipment, monitor and operate NCIC/VICN teletype terminals and computerized alarm reporting systems.
