Job Summary
The Program Manager will be a technical authority for the functional area and will achieve governance and oversight responsibilities by leading and managing a team of technical staff.
Ensures all section activities are carried out with full regard to site license requirements, statutory regulations, company and location directives, procedures and Safety Rules.
Execute an oversight work program to monitor functional area performance, identify performance problem areas, and develop insight to the causes of issues and behaviours through targeted observations and follow up with line supervision and management.
