Designs, implements, and supervises age-appropriate curriculum, manages classroom activities and interactions, supervises students and volunteers, and maintains a safe and healthy environment.
Collaborates in planning curriculum based upon knowledge of child development and observations to provide an optimal and safe environment for young children.
Provides supervision that ensures children are constantly attended by Center staff.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent coursework in Early Childhood
Two-year certification in early child development or CDA credential

Experience in an early childhood education program
