Job Summary

  • This role will design and own the global intercompany framework — including policy, transfer pricing alignment, multi-currency settlement processes, elimination accuracy, and SOX-compliant controls.
  • In alignment with Treasury, will design and oversee centralized intercompany settlement and netting accounting processes.
  • Partner closely with Tax, Treasury, Regional Controllers, FP&A, and Technical Accounting.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience in a publicly traded company ($1B+ revenue)
  • Significant experience managing complex multi-entity intercompany environments
  • Experience with global operations and multi-currency settlements
  • U.S. GAAP consolidation principles
  • Intercompany eliminations
  • Foreign currency translation
  • Transfer pricing coordination
  • ERP experience (Oracle, SAP) strongly preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • Must have indefinite right to work in the United States
