Job Summary

  • Lead and oversee the quality assurance and control of day-to-day property management services and operations.
  • Oversee OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, financial forecasts, P&Ls, and prepare various reports for clients.
  • Ensure TFM service providers adhere to KPIs and SLAs, and comply with UAE laws and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • Transitions management experience
