  • Lead the re-design and implementation of a unified, market-aligned compensation structure for approximately 15,000 hourly employees across multiple business units with misaligned pay practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Human Resources (HR) leaders, business unit executives, finance, legal, and external consultants to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Develop and execute a clear communication strategy tailored for hourly employees to ensure understanding and transparency of the new compensation structure and an “always on” on-going communication plan.
