Job Summary
Lead the re-design and implementation of a unified, market-aligned compensation structure for approximately 15,000 hourly employees across multiple business units with misaligned pay practices.
Collaborate closely with Human Resources (HR) leaders, business unit executives, finance, legal, and external consultants to ensure alignment and compliance.
Develop and execute a clear communication strategy tailored for hourly employees to ensure understanding and transparency of the new compensation structure and an “always on” on-going communication plan.
