Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4+ years in facilities or HVAC design
  • Knowledge of pumps pneumatics and flow meters
  • Experience with FMEA and root cause analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project
  • Understanding of ASHRAE and Texas codes

Nice-to-have

  • AutoCAD and Pipe Flow knowledge
  • PE license EIT CEM or PMP certifications
  • Mentorship experience for junior engineers
  • Vibration analysis and heat transfer skills

Key Requirements
