OpenFX is seeking a strategic Head of Compliance to build and scale its compliance program across the US, Canada, and Latin America.
The role involves owning and enhancing BSA/AML programs to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing while ensuring alignment with local requirements.
Candidates will partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure compliance during market expansion and new product development.

Experience with SAR filings and transaction monitoring
Proven track record working with US regulators
