Job Summary

  • This role leads a global team of Oversight CRAs to ensure study deliverables are met with efficiency and quality in accordance with GCP and SOPs.
  • The successful candidate will drive the development and implementation of risk-based monitoring strategies while serving as the primary liaison between Apogee and its CRO partners.

Base: $180,000-$205,000/year; Bonus/Equity: Performance bonus and equity grant opportunities; Benefits: Health, welfare, retirement, three weeks PTO, paid sick leave

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 8-10 years CRA experience
  • 5+ years leading CRA teams
  • Risk-based monitoring models
  • ICH GCP and FDA regulations knowledge
  • Phase I-III clinical trial experience

Nice-to-have

  • Respiratory or dermatology trial background
  • CCRA certification preferred
  • Smartsheet proficiency
  • Fast-paced dynamic environment experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare field
  • Minimum 8-10 years industry experience
  • Minimum 5 years team leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
