Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in horticulture or related field
  • Two years landscape construction or maintenance experience
  • Valid Maryland Class C driver’s license with fewer than 6 points
  • Maryland Certified Pesticide Applicator in Categories 3A, 3C, and 6
  • Maryland Certified Professional Fertilizer Applicator
  • Certification must be obtained within 6 months if not currently held
