Job Summary
Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities to help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment.
Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers and are well-trained and fulfill their duties and responsibilities.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
One-year work experience in Retail Management
One-year customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
