Job Summary

  • Manage infrastructure investments, enhancements and modifications that may be in excess of £m’s, from initial brief to completion and hand-over to Customer, in an efficient and cost effective manner within time-scale and budget.
  • You will manage the relationship / interface, local or globally, with local community, neighbouring businesses (in particular Prestwick International Airport), Local Authority, Public Utilities and national bodies (including Malaysia Airports Authority, GoM State and Federal agencies) associated with all physical investments.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate / HND or equivalent experience
  • Engineering and Building Construction and/or Civil Engineering and/or Services Engineering
  • Membership of construction industry Chartered Institute(s)
  • Intermediate IT skills including Project, Excel and application of data bases
