Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading and enhancing end-to-end talent acquisition activities within GBS to ensure the organization has the capabilities needed to meet business demands.
  • The position partners closely with HR, business stakeholders, and global TA teams to deliver efficient recruiting processes, strong talent pipelines, and an excellent experience for both candidates and internal clients.
  • Advance talent sourcing and pipelining, assure best in class internal customers and candidates experience, and partner with area and global talent acquisition teams.
