Support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture through exceptional guest service.
Responsible for ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment.
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, assist with scheduling, payroll approval, and ensure all store associates are aligned with company and store guest service expectations.
