Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting activities, assisting with communication, developing activity calendars, and participating in resident assessments and discharge planning.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may prefer experience in a long-term care facility.
