Job Responsibilities : Lead and manage the full spectrum of architectural works, including design development, coordination, and site implementation Oversee overall project coordination, ensuring alignment between architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines Act as the main coordination lead between consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams Review and coordinate architectural drawings with BIM models to identify and resolve clashes and discrepancies Manage and lead coordination meetings (e.g. BIM/technical meetings) with consultants and subcontractors Ensure proper coordination of PPVC modules, including production drawings, installation sequencing, and interface detailing Review and manage shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements to ensure compliance and timely approvals Liaise with consultants and authorities to resolve design issues and ensure regulatory compliance Monitor and track coordination issues, ensuring timely closure before construction stages Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are carried out in accordance with coordinated drawings and specifications Plan and monitor architectural and coordination work schedules in line with the master programme Lead and guide architectural coordinators, BIM modelers, and supervisors on coordination matters Prepare coordination reports, technical submissions, and updates for management and stakeholders Support project completion activities including inspections (TOP/CSC) and final handover Job Requirements: Degree in Architecture or related discipline (recognized by BOA/BCA preferred) Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in building construction projects in Singapore Strong experience in project coordination and PPVC construction Proven track record in managing coordination for high-rise residential projects Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination tools (e.g. Navisworks) Strong understanding of PPVC interfaces, sequencing, and construction methodology Good
