Job Summary

  • Provide general administrative support for the US Sales and Learning & Development organization, including meeting administration, executive calendar, travel planning, and expense reporting.
  • Act as an operations subject matter expert for contracting and vendor procurement processes, including SOW execution, purchase order creation, and invoice processing.
  • Coordinate logistics for sales training and manage culture and engagement initiatives for the US Sales organization.
