The Lead Product Manager will own the entire money-movement and settlements product area end-to-end, unifying fragmented initiatives for reliable partner funding and settlement.
Success in this role is measured by partner adoption and production usage of money-movement capabilities rather than just ship dates or documentation volume.

Direct experience with ACH wire RTP FedNow rails
Navigating US payments and clearing regulatory frameworks
Track record setting area-level roadmap across multiple workstreams
Senior product owner raising standards without manager title
SQL and BI tool data analysis skills
Nice-to-have
Broker-dealer or institutional brokerage experience
Standing up money-movement programs from scratch
Familiarity with B2B2C correspondent broker-as-a-service model
Experience with DTCC NSCC Fedwire clearing-house flows
Knowledge of global payment rails outside the US
Background in broker-dealer treasury or clearing operations
AI-native PM workflow using tools like Cursor or Claude
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering finance or equivalent
10+ years experience in Product Management Engineering Consulting or startup
Direct experience navigating NACHA Federal Reserve FINRA SEC OFAC AML BSA regulations
