The dietary aide reports to the Cook and Dietary supervisor and their assignments are determined by the needs basis on the activity of the shift.
Essential duties include setting up meal trays, washing dishes, serving meals, preparing nourishments and snacks, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
The position requires the ability to learn food service routines quickly, work cooperatively with personnel in all departments, and obtain a food handlers certificate.
