Job Summary

  • The incumbent will perform mechanical maintenance and repairs for complex campus buildings and equipment including HVAC, generators, and steam systems.

  • This position requires working Monday through Friday from 3PM to 11PM and involves monitoring, diagnosing, and communicating maintenance operational needs.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of emergency generator and compressed air system repair
  • Driver's license held for 2+ years preferred

  • Provide minimum of three professional references including one supervisor
