Candidates will benefit from a competitive annual base salary ranging from $183,175.00 to $258,600.00 along with a comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays and volunteer time.

Must-have
10+ years OTC or Pharma regulated experience
Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering
Proven leadership of senior management teams
Experience with Project Management tools
Strong business and financial acumen
Organizational design and development expertise

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years relevant experience
