Job Summary

  • The Nurse Manager assists the DON/CNO with directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supervising the effective and efficient operations of nursing in the delivery of behavioral health care to all clients.
  • Responsible for the clinical management of the milieu, coordination of client care and staffing according to predetermined guidelines, monitoring and functioning within budget, supervision of staff, and maintenance of regulatory standards in a manner that assures the deliverance of quality care in a safe and cost-effective manner.
