Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • The LVN ensures care is delivered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest level of quality resident care.
  • Candidates must be able to perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheterization, tube feedings, suctioning, and specimen collection.

Key Requirements
