Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related discipline
10+ years of experience with procurement, testing, and installation of manufacturing equipment
Proven project management skills
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
Experience implementing Lean process improvements in manufacturing
Understanding of capitalization requirements and business financials
