  • This critical leadership role supports the Therapeutics Development & Clinical Supply (TDS) organization within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines, aiming to enable a next-generation R&D ecosystem that is highly automated, software-defined, data-centric and AI-augmented.
  • The Senior Director will be responsible for the overall technology strategy, project management, and application support & development for the TDS business function, focusing on innovative and evolving capabilities and talent.
  • The role involves leading a team of direct and indirect reports, developing a future roadmap for systems, and ensuring the technical approaches align with business strategy to support a diverse laboratory and pilot plant network and data/analytics products.

Key Requirements

  • Experience with Biovia, Revvity, Benchling, Genedata, Korber, OMP, IVRS
