Base: $70,480 - $212,650; Bonus: MBO bonuses based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid leave

Must-have
BS degree in Engineering field
2+ years semiconductor experience
Troubleshoot equipment failures
Execute Change-Point Management
Maintain SOPs and documentation
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Thermal Anneal processes
Experience with AMAT or LAM tools
Structured Problem-Solving skills
Statistical methods understanding
Cost reduction project leadership
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering
U.S. export control compliance authorization required
Ability to wear clean room suit and PPE
