  • Lead the definition and implementation of Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and SLIs for critical hybrid cloud services.
  • Own and automate core on-prem utilities, including DHCP, PXE, and NTP, to enable seamless server auto-provisioning.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and alerting to identify slot availability and system degradation, driving down Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
