Salary
Base: $70,000-$80,000/year; Bonus: Monthly and/or quarterly bonus potential available; Benefits: PTO, medical, vision, dental, 401k, paid birthday time off, volunteer time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
1-3 years accounting or bookkeeping experience
Front-facing operational role experience
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong detail orientation and accuracy
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Nice-to-have
Hospitality or corporate housing industry background
Knowledge of Yardi, Voyager, PAYScan, or Oscar software
Experience with lease negotiation and renewals
Hands-on approach in fast-paced environments
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Key Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years accounting experience
Minimum 1-3 years front-facing operational experience
Full-time availability Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
