Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-6 years mandatory payment industry experience
Deep knowledge of financial services offering
Hands-on experience with digital wallets and PG integration
Sound knowledge in SDLC and payment application integration
Understanding of India Stack products like UPI/IMPS/BBPS
Nice-to-have
PCI/DSS compliance implementation knowledge
Experience with international and domestic payment messaging
Exposure to Fintech companies or banks
Understanding of SEPA, SWIFT, and clearing systems
Retail banking or wealth management background
Key Requirements
3-6 years of work experience required
Bachelor of Engineering or MBA degree required
Minimum 2-6 years mandatory payment industry experience
Work experience in payments team within a bank considered
