  • You will be a key member of the regional IT infrastructure team, providing essential technical support to a diverse internal user base across multiple international locations.
  • Manage and maintain critical office infrastructure including VPN, Exchange, SharePoint, and mobile device management while supporting large-scale regional projects.
  • Provide high-touch support for VIP stakeholders and executive leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day connectivity and high service standards.
