Base: $111,285.00 - $153,015.75; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of related project management experience
End-to-end tenant improvement project management
Space programming and needs assessment
Budget and schedule management
Stakeholder coordination with architects and engineers
Nice-to-have
PMP certification preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
Knowledge of lease administration processes
Willingness to travel between Colorado and Wisconsin
