Must-have

3+ years experience in FP&A or financial planning
Experience with SAP BPC for budgeting and forecasting
Proficiency in PowerBI for dashboarding and visualization
Strong analytical skills for variance analysis
Nice-to-have
CPA/CA certification or MBA preferred
Experience in global pharmaceutical manufacturing
Knowledge of production or commercial processes
Ability to drive process excellence and automation
Excellent interpersonal collaboration skills
