  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with US Reimbursement and Payment Organizations/Agencies to ensure payment policy does not impede access to Pfizer Vaccine portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage access, coverage, and reimbursement strategy in the commercial segment, understanding various reimbursement practices.
  • This hybrid role requires living within commuting distance and working on-site an average of 2.5 days per week or more, with a base salary ranging from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00, plus bonus and long-term incentives.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years with BA/BS, 7 years with MBA, 5 years with PhD/equivalent in Pharmaceutical Industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical sectors, Provider/Carrier Networks, or Government Agency
  • Reimbursement and Access experience is necessary
  • Strong understanding of Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, Provider/Carrier Networks, Co-Pay Assistance Programs
  • Knowledge of Vaccine policy dynamics in the Cancer Community
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and success working across internal boundaries
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated environment
  • Proven track record of collaborating broadly with diverse stakeholders
  • Training in and experience in responsible business communication
  • B.S. Degree is required
