Must-have
5+ years Workday integrations experience
Certified in Workday Studio and O4I
Hands-on Core Connectors XSLT REST SOAP
3+ years IT implementation experience
3+ years HR or Finance systems knowledge
Nice-to-have
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn new features quickly
Experience with SAP Oracle PeopleSoft JD Edwards
