  • The Laboratory Manager is responsible for running the operation at the lowest possible costs while meeting requirements for safety, quality of service, and employee satisfaction.
  • The role requires ensuring full cooperation with the Branch Manager and adherence to all company procedures including the HSE Manual and Ethics Policy.

Must-have

  • Engineering Bachelor's degree or 2 years management experience
  • Minimum 2 years leadership in analysis laboratory

  • Knowledge of ISO17025 and ISO9001 standards
  • Familiarity with HSE Manual and safety regulations
  • Ability to draft new test methods and update changes

Nice-to-have

  • Valid driving license required

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemical field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar management position
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluency in local language and English
  • Experience in leadership within an analysis laboratory
