The Laboratory Manager is responsible for running the operation at the lowest possible costs while meeting requirements for safety, quality of service, and employee satisfaction.
The role requires ensuring full cooperation with the Branch Manager and adherence to all company procedures including the HSE Manual and Ethics Policy.

Engineering Bachelor's degree or 2 years management experience
Minimum 2 years leadership in analysis laboratory
Proficient user of MS Office software
Knowledge of ISO17025 and ISO9001 standards
Familiarity with HSE Manual and safety regulations
Ability to draft new test methods and update changes
Nice-to-have
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Experience with GCAS and Navarik databases
Willingness to travel between Spain and international locations
Valid driving license required

Key Requirements
