Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years college education or 10 years industry experience
  • Multi-unit restaurant or hotel experience
  • 5 to 7 years management experience
  • Experience leading within a union environment
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
