Own the strategy, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of ARC’s digital tooling portfolio, including the software platform and simulation/digital twin environments.
Build and lead a high-performing engineering team while remaining close enough to the technology to make sound architectural and design decisions.
Develop platform tooling across the Automation OS stack and simulation/digital twin infrastructure to enable virtual commissioning.
