Define and lead a bold, property-specific training strategy that aligns with Faena’s long-term vision, brand DNA, and cultural nuances of Saudi Arabia.
Build immersive learning journeys for all stages of the employee lifecycle — onboarding to leadership — using workshops, simulations, coaching, and digital tools.

Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital authoring tools
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred
