Job Summary
You will be responsible for maintaining the electrical engineering systems, mechanical plant, equipment, and building critical components to ensure their safe operation, serviceability and compliance with statutory regulations, policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have strong and effective communication skills, be self-motivated, and can motivate others and work well under pressure.
Overtime x1.5 on weekday and x2 on weekends + day in lieu on bank holidays; Standby rate is £15 per day and £50 on bank holidays; 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Key Requirements
City & Guilds BS7671 Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (Beneficial)
Knowledge of LV Switching and UPS systems
Maintenance experience in an electrical role
Working knowledge of Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Pumps and their associated controls
Good understanding of mechanical building services
Working knowledge of CAFM systems & MS Office / Google Suite
