This role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for BAU operations, self-service enablement, workflow orchestration, and AI-driven operational efficiencies.

UNIX Shell scripting
Python programming
Ansible Core / Ansible Tower
ServiceNow workflows and automation

Modern AI/Automation platforms
Cloud-native platforms exposure
Observability tools experience
AI-based operational automation (AIOps)
Key Requirements
8+ year of IT experience in Middleware and Automation
Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
Solid understanding of SSL/TLS, SSH, encryption standards, certificates, and key lifecycle management
Solid understanding on Azure AD, ForgeRock, MFA, SSO integration
Working from Office Schedule – APAC (6 am to 3 pm) or EMEA (2 pm to 11 pm)
