Iowa State University Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator III to join their Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary or diagnostic environment, and will be responsible for serving as the primary contact for clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

Job Summary
